WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We accept returns in the first 48 hours without asking questions, up to two weeks with a 20% charge, after 15 days no changes or returns are accepted. We guarantee that any live fish arrives alive and stays alive for 48 hours otherwise we will replace it with one that is as similar as possible. A photo of the fish will be required.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes, gift cards are available at the cash register and on the website.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all credit cards, cash, check, zelle and any installment financing system.
